OUR RECRUITMENT
PROCESSES

As ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group, we consider it our number one priority to place the right people in the right positions by considering our corporate culture in line with the needs of our company, within the scope of the recruitment processes we have adopted with a people-oriented approach.

We compare the qualifications of the applicants with the qualifications of the position through the postings on the career websites and invite the suitable candidates to the Human Resources Interview and Technical Interview processes.

As a result of face-to-face interviews with the participation of the Human Resources department manager, we make the final evaluations about the candidates and send our offer to the most suitable candidate.

We send information e-mails to the other candidates we interviewed during this process, so that they are also informed about the progress of the process.

We conduct all our recruitment processes on the basis of confidentiality.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Our company aims to support the first step of students’ career journeys by providing internship opportunities to many students from the technical and administrative departments of universities. We accept trainee candidates with special agreements with universities, applications received during the career days of universities and applications made directly to our company.
