Kütahya1453 Housing Project was completed on 15 August 2019 and delivered to Kütahya Municipality on 27 September 2019 with a handover ceremony.
At the handover ceremony held at the Presidency, the signatures were signed by the Mayor of Kütahya Prof. Dr. Yıldızlar İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. with Alim Işık. He was expelled by Müfit Eren, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
