Ministry of Health Public-Private Partnership City Hospitals Signing Ceremony On 12.09.2013, our Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and our Honorable Health Minister Dr. With the participation of Mehmet Müezzinoğlu, the signing ceremony of 15 city hospitals to be built in 14 provinces with Public-Private cooperation and the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (THSK and TITCK) Campus was held at the Haliç Congress Center.
The construction project of the Turkish Public Health Agency and the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, which will be a first in its field in Turkey and which brings together the different and scattered units of the Ministry of Health on this subject, has been carried out by our Honorable Minister of Health, Dr. It was signed by Mehmet Müezzinoğlu and our Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yıldızlar Group, Mr. Müfit Eren.

Units within the Ministry of Health, which provide preventive health services in order to protect public health, prevent health risks, and increase health indicators and quality of life, and are currently structured as different units under the Ministry (Refik Saydam Hygiene Center Presidency (RSHMB), General Directorate of Primary Health Care Services (TSHGM) Service buildings required to reorganize the departments of Cancer, Tuberculosis, Malaria Control and General Directorate of Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy (IEGM) will be constructed in order to enable them to provide more effective and efficient services.With this project, within the scope of preventive health services of the Ministry, infection, chronic Units providing services for diseases and health promotion are integrated with laboratory structures at different chemical and biological safety levels required by these services, under the name of Public Health Institution of Turkey, and units providing services regarding biological products, drugs and medical devices are named as Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency. It is reorganized to be brought together with its name. With this investment project; It is planned to provide the necessary service for the new service buildings with a total closed construction area of 416 000 m² within the Bilkent Health Campus Campus required by the reorganization, with the Public Private Partnership (PPP) investment-financing model, to be realized as 3 years of investment and 15 years of operation period.
